Awesome collectible
I bought this for a friend, and he loved it. It looks just like the one in the movie and makes authentic sounds. I wouldn't recommend this for children, but this is an awesome gift for any big Star Wars fan.

Never Thought I'd Be Wielding The Weapon Of A Jedi. I Find It quit authentic. If it where any more Realistic, it would in fact be an actual working Lightsaber. Amazon.com And Brian's Toys Really came together, The Item arrived on time and in perfect condition and was in no way damaged. I really have To hand it to theme.

Star Wars FX Light Saber
This light saber is so cool. My daughter loves it and has been using it as a work out tool with her friends and brothers. They spend hours video taping their fake fights as though they are Jedi Knights. It is not too heavy, yet it is genuine quality. It works great and is not flimsy. Will probably buy more like this.
Very Stressful Experience
I ordered a light-saber for a Christmas present for my son. I ordered it in plenty of time, and received it in plenty of time, but they sent the wrong one. It was a huge effort to contact them about the error. They had phone numbers which only lead to a voicemail box, which became full. No one returned my phone calls. I sent a fax, no response. I sent emails, and still a couple of days later no one had responded. I was just about to order a new one from another web-site and cancel my credit card transaction when someone finally contacted me. They were very appologetic, and said they had shipped out the correct one by Express shipping so that I would have it in time. Unfortunately, I did not want one shipped because I was ordering one from somewhere else, but I was not asked what I wanted. They mailed me a pre-paid postage stamp to return the original shipment that I have held on to until I received the correct package, which finally did arrive...three days after the new year! My son's main Christmas present was not under the tree Christmas morning. I had emailed the company when I saw the package was going to be late, to see if they could track it better because I do not live in the U.S. Again there was no response. However, the very next day after finally receiving the package I did finally get a phone call saying that they had been tracking the package and new that I received it, and were reminding me to send the other one back.
The light-saber is beautiful, it is exactly as it was advertised, but I don't recommend anyone use this company if they are on a dead-line. It may not have been their fault that it was lost during shipping, but it is impossible to contact them if something does go wrong, and they did ship the wrong one in the first place.

my son is 8 and loves star wars, we got him this becasue it's a collectors item, and turns out we are all runnning through the house playing with it! very bright saber, more so than the newer darth maul double blade and the mace windu, nice and sturdy! obviously not something to play with on a regular basis, but it's still just a fun thing to take off the rack every once and awhile!
